The Colours Program, the original version, started in 1992 and came to a close shortly after COVID.  An incredible decades run working with young people from all over 
Prince George's County and beyond.  Growing from an after-schoool program to many school based programs to a national traveling program to a truly fun and engaging summer program; Colours never stopped creating and producing productions that moved audiences from tears to cheers and had many thousands on their
feet singing and dancing in the aisles.

 

Now, COLOURS returns. This time the focus is on touring / road productions for both youth and adults. Right now, VOICES 2024 for ages 11-17 is casting and soon WOMAN 

for adults will begin casting. 

As with any COLOURS Program this is not about competition in the arts, but about making a difference in the community. Colours instills in young people the
power of the arts to tell the story of one or many through the performing arts.
